Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). You will champion API-centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software. You should have a track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing a roadmap for admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams
- Prioritizing tasks and using data to drive decision-making
- Representing the voice of the customer to motivate the team

Salary range:
- USA-based roles: $144,000 USD - $202,000 USD per year
- Canada-based roles: $133,000 CAD - $186,000 CAD per year
