We are seeking a Driveability Calibration Engineer to join our team in Oued Zem, Morocco.
As a Driveability Calibration Engineer, you will develop and calibrate engine, transmission, and vehicle control systems to improve drivability. Your responsibilities will include optimising vehicle response for various conditions, conducting vehicle testing, analysing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of internal combustion engines, electric vehicles, infotainment, and advanced driver-assistance systems. You should also be familiar with diagnostic and analysis tools, vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and calibrate engine, transmission, and vehicle control systems to improve drivability.
- Optimise vehicle response for conditions like start-up, idle, acceleration, deceleration, and gear shifts.
- Conduct vehicle testing to evaluate driveability performance.
- Analyse test data and resolve issues such as hesitation, jerking, or poor throttle response.
- Collaborate with powertrain, calibration, and software teams to ensure smooth system integration.
- Validate customer-oriented features like comfort, smoothness, and responsiveness.
Profile:
- General knowledge of ICE, xEV, Infotainment, and ADAS vehicles.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical architectures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of DOTI, PLM, CESARE, CVMP, and Redbent tools.
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.
- Experience with calibration tools and data analysis.
- Good problem-solving and driving evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools and strong analytical skills.
