We are seeking seasonal team members to join our sales force, customer service team, and general merchandise and food sales teams.

Job Responsibilities: As a seasonal team member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in daily and weekly tasks to support business priorities
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include climbing ladders, scanning and handling merchandise, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
