Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to advance enterprise priorities, connecting healthcare policy developments to business objectives and building coordinated strategies across stakeholders, messaging, risks, and execution
  • Drive analysis and execution, leading research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and scenario planning while establishing clear accountability, timelines, and follow-through
  • Create executive-ready deliverables, distilling complex information into concise, high-quality presentations, briefings, memos, and decision materials
  • Lead through influence, building trust and alignment across functions, navigating differing perspectives, managing external consulting partners, and maintaining a high bar for rigor, quality, and results

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare strategy, enterprise transformation, public affairs strategy, or a similarly rigorous, high-performance environment
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, preferably including payer and/or provider experience
  • Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, lead complex cross-functional work, synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex workstreams and drive execution with limited direction
  • Exceptional project leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without formal authority
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, navigate disagreement, and foster alignment across diverse perspectives
  • Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
