Description
We are seeking ambitious graduate candidates for the EMEA Graduate Rotation Program - Solution Engineering Path. This 12-month program combines comprehensive learning paths with in-role experience in solution engineering and sales. As a graduate, you will be assigned an experienced Solution Engineering Buddy and Sales Development Buddies, and gain exposure to senior professionals during inspiration sessions.
Responsibilities
- Learn our solutions at a deeper, more technical level
- Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations
- Learn the art of customer discovery and how to create a compelling customer point of view
- Learn Salesforce’s best-in-class prospecting and qualification methodologies
- Learn how to use social, digital, video, chat, and phone platforms to effectively engage Salesforce prospects
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and help build sales pipeline for the EMEA Sales organisation
Requirements
- 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Fluent in English and German
- Creative problem-solver, relationship builder, and growth mindset
- Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning
- Thrive in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented
