We're seeking a Picker to join our Wolt Market team in Rehovot, Israel.

As a Picker, you'll be responsible for preparing orders for pickup by couriers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Work Schedule: You'll work Monday to Saturday, between 06:30-00:30, in flexible morning/afternoon/evening shifts, typically 5/4 shifts per week, with approximately 8 hours per shift.

Compensation: You'll earn 38 ILS per hour, plus bonuses of up to 6 ILS per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and pick orders through the app along a unique picking route
• Collect and package products for customers and couriers
• Maintain store order and cleanliness
• Unpack and arrange merchandise as needed
• Work in a dynamic, young environment

Requirements:

• Proactivity and customer service skills
• Positive attitude suitable for fast-paced work
• Availability for shift work
• Hebrew language proficiency
