About the Team
As part of the Global Payments Network Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money. You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms. This includes working with teams across the organisation to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs. You may work across product areas such as Authorisations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Salary Information:
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
- Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
