Description
We are seeking a Village Manager to join our team in Brisbane, working on a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) basis with a 14 days on, 7 days off roster.
As the Village Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the region's Operation Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a team
- Ensuring effective day-to-day operations
- Implementing safety procedures and adhering to HSE and HR legislation
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Managing budgets and resources
Requirements:
- 4 years of managerial experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar industry
- Previous people management and project management experience
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing and police check
- Current full QLD Manual Driver's license
