As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment, supporting colleagues and driving results
The role requires flexibility, including working varied shifts, including weekends and potential extended hours during peak periods.
