As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand in-store, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and making every customer feel like a superstar. You'll combine your artistic skills with product knowledge to create emotional connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs
- Build strong relationships with team members and management
- Promote world-class artistic ability and exceptional customer experience
- Adapt your approach to different activities, customers, and opportunities
- Follow company standards for personal appearance
Requirements:
- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a beauty or retail environment
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and desire to grow with the company
- Experience in makeup application and ability to adapt to different customers' needs
- Positive attitude and ability to think creatively
