We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our retail team in Mannheim, Germany. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and helping customers feel confident and beautiful.

Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty industry or similar field
- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
- Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
- German language proficiency at B2 level
