We are seeking a Sales Manager – Mortgage to join our team in Pune, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments. You will build and strengthen a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business acquisition through the open market.
- Build and manage a strong network of at least 10 Direct Sales Agencies (DSAs) in the market.
- Strong DSA management and new DSA empanelment skills.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of products and policies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Market updates and knowledge.
- Awareness of competition.
