As a Consultant Healthcare Infrastructure & Transformation, you will guide hospitals through complex projects such as new construction, renovations and relocation projects. You will manage projects from vision to handover and act as an independent director between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Vision & master planning: translating healthcare needs into infrastructure solutions and guiding decision-making
- Project management: structuring projects, advising on planning, budget and risks
- Realisation & occupancy: guiding purchasing, monitoring execution and coordinating relocation processes
- Stakeholder management: aligning with internal and external parties and monitoring quality and timing
- Broad deployment: contributing to other strategic and operational projects
Profile:
- Master's degree (engineering, architecture, facility, project management or similar)
- Experience with complex infrastructure or construction projects (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical, structured and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in Dutch and French, willing to travel within Belgium
