The role involves:
- Providing strong operations and guest experience skills
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist guests
- Setting and maintaining visual presentations and merchandising guides
- Supporting guest services and fulfilment needs
- Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
