We are seeking a creative and caring Senior Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Freeland Croft Care Home in Fleet.
Job Overview As a Senior Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities and events for our residents. Your goal will be to make a positive difference in their lives.
Typical Day Your typical day will involve:
- Running morning and afternoon activity sessions, which can include musical acts, days out, exercise classes, and arts and crafts
- Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working within a set activities budget
- Supporting residents and encouraging them to participate in activities
- Organising birthday surprises for residents
- Ensuring everything is organised for planned activities, events, and performers
- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community
- Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties when necessary
- Organising one-to-one sessions with residents, which may involve reminiscing, puzzles, reading, or simply having a cup of tea and a chat
- Updating paperwork, care plans, and activity notes, as well as managing emails
- Supporting the home with their social media channels as required
Requirements You are a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork. You should be interested in caring for others, sharing your sense of humour, and spreading enthusiasm for making people's lives better.

Salary The salary for this role is £13.20 - £14.20 per hour, with a 30-hour contract.
