Description
We are seeking a Chip Design DFT/Post Silicon Manager to develop next-generation DFT technologies. As a Manager in the DFT team at NVIDIA, you will lead a team that transfers DFT technologies to post-silicon in various projects and supports enablement. This role involves working on advanced technologies and complex products, including Switches, Nic, and SoC product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production testing.
- Lead methodology planning for future products and serve as the synchronization point between teams.
- Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon.
- Translate product requirements and silicon behavior into structured characterization plans.
- Lead methodology transfer into execution, ensuring tooling, methods, and engineers are in place for a smooth handoff.
- Identify methodology gaps early in the program cycle and resolve them through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience with DFT, IC silicon validation, product engineering, or test engineering.
- 2+ years of managerial experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with technical excellence and innovative thinking.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Hands-on engineering background with the ability to be technically authoritative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing verification environments and random-based verification using tools like simulation tools, Verilog, and debug tools.
- Experience with Specman/UVM.
- Understanding of RTL design (Verilog).
- Product engineering experience.
