We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 13460 S Archer Ave, Lemont, IL 60439-4755.
The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.25 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

Responsibilities
As a seasonal team member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent guest service and supporting a guest-first culture across the store
- Executing daily and weekly tasks to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Be able to work both independently and with a team
- Be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Have attention to detail and be able to follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands
As a seasonal team member, you will be required to:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
