As a Payroll Analyst II (Colombia and LATAM Payroll), you will support Colombia and LATAM payroll operations. You will deliver first-class payroll service to employees, ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of payroll-related tasks, and support projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the payroll vendor on end-to-end Colombia payroll execution, supporting full-cycle, gross-to-net processing across regular cycles, off-cycle payments, final settlements, and statutory benefit payouts.
- Ensure mandatory filings and timely remittances via PILA, electronic payroll reporting to the DIAN, and monitor local labor legislation to maintain full regulatory alignment.
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions, withholdings, and benefits.
- Partner with the accounting team during month-end close by delivering accurate gross-to-net payroll reports, accrual data, and variance explanations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing payroll processing for Colombia with working experience in accounting.
- Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Experience in Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Location: This role will be remote, based in Mexico.
Travel: Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
