Description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at PT Solutions in Columbus, Indiana.
As a Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and gain exposure to various services, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system
Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $72,000-$97,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus available
