Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the basics of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge of the Red Bull brand and products.
- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products.
- Daily Preparation: Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute your daily plan and effectively communicate with the sales team.
- In-Route Support: Support our Account Sales Managers on their routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
- Off-Route Support: Assist the team with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
