Description
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your sales and customer service skills
- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Daily Preparation: Obtain all necessary tools and information to execute your daily plan
- In Route Support: Support our Account Sales Managers on their routes as needed
- Off Route Support: Assist with audits, merchandising, and other tasks to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
- Valid Chauffeur's License
- Obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
