Description
We are seeking a Data Governance Lead to join our team at Vattenfall Eldistribution. As a Data Governance Lead, you will play a central role in implementing Vattenfall Eldistribution's information and data governance framework across the organization. You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of common principles, working methods, and governing documents that contribute to our information assets and data being reliable, secure, understandable, and usable throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information and data governance frameworks, models, processes, and common working methods
- Lead change management and drive collaboration between business and IT
- Ensure data quality, metadata management, master data, information classification, information security, and data protection
- Experience with technical support for data governance, such as data catalogs, metadata or data quality tools, and data platforms
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in information and data governance in a complex organization
- Documented experience of developing and implementing frameworks, steering models, processes, and common working methods
- Experience of change management and driving collaboration between business and IT
- Good understanding of data quality, metadata management, master data, information classification, information security, and data protection
