Description
We are seeking a Data Governance Lead to join our team at Vattenfall Eldistribution. As a Data Governance Lead, you will play a central role in implementing Vattenfall Eldistribution's framework for information and data governance into common and functioning working methods across the organization. You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of common principles, working methods, and governing documents that contribute to our information assets and data being reliable, secure, understandable, and usable throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement frameworks, models, processes, and common working methods for information and data governance
- Lead the tactical and operational development of the organization's information and data governance in close collaboration with Information Governance Officer, Information Owners, and Information Stewards
- Ensure the establishment of capabilities required for Vattenfall Eldistribution to succeed in its transformation towards a more information- and data-driven organization
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in information and data governance in a complex organization
- Documented experience of developing and implementing frameworks, models, processes, and common working methods
- Experience of change management and driving collaboration between business and IT
- Good understanding of data quality, metadata management, master data, information classification, information security, and data protection
- Experience of technical support for data governance, such as data catalogs, metadata or data quality tools, and data platforms
