Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian success story, is seeking a Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their production team.
The role involves organizing and maintaining production processes, controlling productivity, and implementing new methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and support production processes, control productivity;
- Follow production and quality standards at the factory level;
- Implement new methodologies in production;
- Organize, standardize, and complete work shifts;
- Improve key production metrics (FTT, defect rate, productivity, downtime, plan execution, finished goods dispatch);
- Develop personnel - train shift supervisors, organize external training;
- Conserve human resources through Lean principles (lean manufacturing);
- Monitor, control, and reduce consumable costs;
- Standardize production processes across all company locations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of production management experience in a leadership role;
- Experience in managing processes such as defect removal, testing, and repair in conveyor-type production;
- Ability to maintain high production standards, follow lean manufacturing principles, and use basic tools;
- Understand production capacity planning and calculations;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to collect and process information;
- Creative and critical thinking;
- Proficiency in Google Docs for data analysis and 1C;
- English language proficiency (intermediate or higher).
