We are seeking team members for various seasonal retail roles at Target, with a starting hourly rate of $15.75 USD per hour and a pay range of $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance necessary
