Description
We are looking for a Group Leader (People Lead) for our Electrical (EL) team in Kalmar, Sweden.
As a People Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team, developing the business, and being involved in customer projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the team
- Ensuring the team's competence supply
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Participating in sales and bidding activities
- Working with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to stimulate a trusting and idea-rich work climate
You will also have the opportunity to work as a project manager, technical lead, or senior consultant on current projects.
The role involves working closely with our offshore teams in India and Romania.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education or work experience
- Extensive experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, project manager, or similar role in the real estate industry
- Good understanding of the industry and consulting business
- Structured and communicative person who inspires others
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
