We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our team as an Engineer Intern - Test and Validation.
Job Summary: As an Engineer Intern, you will support the preparation and execution of engine tests, including data evaluation, presentation, and interpretation. You will work closely with our test engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our test facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support and prepare engine tests, including data evaluation, presentation, and interpretation
- Assist in the validation of software on full engines
- Support the commissioning of data loggers for external testing engines
- Evaluate load profiles and engine data from the field (data loggers), including data processing and presentation creation
- Independently care for, evaluate, and perform error analysis of external testing engines, including component findings in cooperation with internal departments and customer service
- Present the results of the external testing in regular meetings
- Evaluate operating data of a continuous run engine
- Create external testing applications and organize the realization of the external testing together with customer service
- Analyze series scatter values in series engines
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, mechatronics, or a related field
- Technical understanding
- Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Team and communication skills
- Independent work style and initiative
