Above and Beyond Therapy offers paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), providing you with the skills to support children with autism in achieving their developmental milestones.
As an RBT, you will work in-home or in a center-based setting, implementing individualized treatment plans and programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implementing treatment plans and programs
- Collecting data and submitting session notes
- Collaborating with peers and supervisors
- Participating in staff meetings and trainings
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience as childcare providers, nannies, babysitters, preschool or infant teachers, Montessori guides, tutors, substitute teachers, behavioral health technicians, camp counselors, childcare volunteers, Sunday school teachers, teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, paraprofessionals, direct support professionals, or life skills assistants.
