Hourly Rate: $17.50 USD per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve operations
- Adapt to new technologies and systems
- Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical demands include climbing ladders, scanning and handling merchandise, and lifting up to 40 pounds
