Description
The Lead Data Architect role is part of the Enterprise Technology & Data team at The Walt Disney Company. You will lead and influence the architecture for several strategic programs that will shape the future of data, analytics, and AI for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Architect high-scale, secure, and interoperable data platforms across the enterprise to enable AI and analytics applications
- Architect data domains and design data products to be shared across the enterprise
- Architect cross-segment semantic layer and data catalog solutions
- Design an agentic architecture for exposing data from enterprise data lakehouse domains to AI applications
- Develop MDM strategy and architect MDM solutions for complex enterprise domains
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture and developing enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions
- Experience architecting and developing high-scale cloud data platforms
- Experience architecting and developing master data management solutions
- Experience with data governance
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with AI/ML
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study
Salary:
- The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $150,500.00 - $201,800.00 per year
- In Burbank, CA is $158,100.00 - $211,900.00 per year
- In Seattle, WA is $165,600.00 - $222,000 per year
