Description
We are seeking an Attributes and Homologation Engineer - Energy and Thermal Management to join our team in Morocco.
As an Attributes and Homologation Engineer, you will be responsible for projects within the scope of thermal and energy management for systems and attributes. Your tasks will include:
- Creating integration and validation plans, resource scheduling, and project management
- Preparing and facilitating test planning meetings
- Coordinating between various project stakeholders
- Creating, monitoring, planning, and managing physical validation tests through PLM
- Anticipating potential delays and proposing corrective actions
- Evaluating completed tests and ensuring compliance with established testing processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems
- Strong knowledge of engine operation, ECUs, and control systems
- Knowledge of thermal management and energy management
- Skills in data analysis, diagnostics, and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in an automotive project environment
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain a professional network
