Description
We're seeking a People Services Advisor to join our Dubai team. This hybrid role involves delivering seamless, first-line HR support and administration to employees and managers across the UAE & Kuwait, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and compliance with local labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR support, acting as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, managing ticket escalations, and resolving issues or directing to specialist teams.
- Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and core data changes in Workday, while supporting monthly payroll preparation and issuing official documentation.
- Manage regional visa & immigration processes, partnering with immigration providers and government relations to execute visa applications, renewals, quota submissions, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure legal & policy compliance, maintaining strict adherence to UAE and Kuwait Labour Laws, company policies, and data protection standards across all administrative workflows.
- Drive process optimisation, identifying opportunities to simplify HR procedures, leveraging technology and AI to eliminate inefficiencies, and delivering key people analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administration or People Services role, ideally within the UAE.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE alongside hands-on experience managing regional visa and sponsorship processes.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Workday (or similar enterprise HRIS) for data management and lifecycle processing.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritise multi-channel queries effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
