Description
We are seeking a RTD Filler Operator to join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team on a 6-month contract. As a RTD Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating the filler machine in the RTD line safely from end-to-end process to produce RTD filled bottle product that meets the standard of product quality following customer requirements and standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Operating, observing, and maintaining the RTD filler machine according to work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Conducting root cause analysis to reduce or avoid downtime
- Implementing 5S and autonomous maintenance
- Controlling and validating the quality of the product
- Recording data in daily report operations and analyzing data to coordinate with quality analysts
The required qualifications for this role are:
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, read, and interpret data
- Good technical skills to operate equipment/tools/machine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern
- Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical
- At least 1 year of business experience in manufacturing consumer goods, preferably in a beverage factory
- Basic ability to apply computer skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Good communication skills – spoken and written in Indonesian language
