  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema changes.
  • Build real-time, collaborative features.
  • Integrate with enterprise authentication, storage, and other platform services.
  • Write and maintain automated tests, and uphold code-quality standards.
  • Review code, mentor developers, and promote best practices.
  • Work with audit stakeholders, analysts, and QA to turn business needs into working software.
  • Diagnose and fix production issues, performance problems, and technical debt.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software development, including 1+ years of full stack JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue/Nuxt (or a similar framework) and Node.js/REST APIs.
  • Strong SQL skills with a relational database (SQL Server preferred).
  • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
  • Experience with containerized deployment, CI/CD, Git, and code review.
  • Familiarity with enterprise authentication (OAuth2/OIDC).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry, ideally with audit, risk, or compliance applications.
  • Experience building real-time applications and meeting accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with cloud services and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants in a development workflow.

Benefits

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.
