Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team, working remotely from Spain.
As a Senior Product Designer at Grafana Labs, you will join a growing Product Design organisation of more than 25 designers, researchers, engineers, and design leaders distributed across six continents.
Your primary focus will be designing experiences for the context layer of Grafana Cloud's Knowledge Graph, which powers the entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling customers to easily understand and explore how their systems connect to each other
- Translating research and data into easy-to-digest experiences
- Tailoring experiences to different target audiences
- Collaborating cross-functionally with peers and leaders in engineering, product management, and other functions
- Prioritising delivering impact while balancing business priorities, customer wishes, and technical considerations
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products
- A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
- Experience running qualitative research in complex fields
- Ability to make design decisions that balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations
Nice to have:
- Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity
- Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows
- Domain knowledge or experience related to observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring
Compensation & Rewards:
- Base compensation range: EUR 75,724 - EUR 90,869
