As a Seasonal Operations Specialist, you will be an integral member of an exciting, hyper-growth company, supporting the Verification Experts to ensure items are unboxed correctly for processing and handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Support unloading trucks, palletizing boxes
- Open boxes and scan shipping labels
- Use apps and computers to complete the order fulfilment process
- Box items, work with packaging equipment, and ensure labels are accurately placed on boxes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Support the management team as required
Requirements:
- Experience working in warehouses or retail environments
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for sneakers a plus
- English language skills
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment with typical working conditions
- Closed-toed and closed-heel shoes required
- Standing, walking, bending, stooping, turning, and pivoting more than 75% of the time
- May push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (or 23kg); on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds (or 45kg)
- May require ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on a frequent basis
