Description
We are seeking a Senior Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in creating omni-channel growth by planning profitable and locally relevant assortments. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors, product designers, and cross-functional teams, to drive category results and manage progress toward sales and margin goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and buy merchandise assortments for multiple channels, including in-store and online
- Analyze sales trends, customer behaviour, and market data to inform buying decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, marketing, and logistics
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Merchandising experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
