Description
We are seeking an Art Psychotherapist to join the Blossom Team in Bexley CAMHS. As an Art Psychotherapist, you will work with clients with complex needs, assessing their suitability for individual and group art therapy. You will facilitate treatment programs, work with clients in 1:1 and group settings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing clients with complex needs for suitability for art therapy
- Facilitating treatment programs using a variety of art materials in a therapeutic and creative way
- Working with clients in 1:1 and group settings
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment
- Maintaining patient records, writing care plans, and reports
- Providing specialist advice and clinical supervision to other professionals
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Art Psychotherapy, be registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC), and have experience working with a variety of client groups presenting with a range of clinical diversity.
The salary for this post is £55,524 to £62,652 per annum, and the contract is permanent and part-time.
