Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing food quality and freshness, and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalised and friendly guest experience
- Maintain an inviting dining area and ensure food safety standards are met
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
- Execute food and beverage processes, including replenishment and inventory management
- Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
- Adapt to changing business needs and priorities
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical demands include lifting up to 44 pounds and standing for long periods
