We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Woodstock, Georgia. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a vital role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.
Job Summary: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations
