Description
We are seeking an Integration Test Engineer to join our team for a large-scale systems integration programme.
As an Integration Test Engineer, you will be part of a multi-discipline team responsible for designing, writing, and executing test cases. You will interface with multiple teams and customer stakeholders to create and execute tests, requiring effective communication with technical personnel to programme leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating test cases by reviewing requirements and design documentation
- Documenting test results and defects
- Investigating issues with suppliers to identify root causes and resolutions
- Analysing data and test evidence from suppliers
- Identifying process improvements
Requirements:
- ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate in software testing
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week
- Excellent understanding of Testing Lifecycle and types of testing
- Proven track record in developing software solutions using 1st through 3rd generation languages
- Experience with Waterfall and V model development models
- Experience delivering solutions on Linux-type operating systems
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
Preferred experience:
- Agile development
- Delivering real-time and/or safety-related software
- Knowledge of modelling languages
- Knowledge of procedural and object-orientated software development languages
- Scripting languages
- COTS integration technologies
- Working with large-scale and complex integration programmes
- Service-oriented architecture
- ATM knowledge
