As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within our family, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.
Essential Functions:
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Required Qualifications:
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical requirements: standing for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and having close visual acuity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Anticipated Weekly Hours:
- 20 hours

Pay Range:
- $15.00 - $19.00
