Wise is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its business in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for Wise's overall success in the country, enabling Malaysian customers to experience the best way to move and manage their money across borders.
The role involves growing the business through go-to-market strategies, improving and expanding product offerings, and enhancing customer experience. The Country Manager will report to the Head of Southeast Asia Expansion and will be responsible for regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance of Wise's Malaysia subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Malaysia payments, fintech, or related industries, with a proven track record of directly liaising with regulatory bodies and navigating license applications.
