The Starting Hourly Rate is $20.00 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $20.00 USD - $30.00 USD per hour.
As a Target Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales by engaging with guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor
- Leading a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store
- Responding to and documenting security incidents
- Conducting merchandise recoveries and providing apprehension support as needed
- Preventing theft and shortage at the front of store by performing receipt checks
- Submitting documentation in the system for all incidents
- Understanding and using the video system
- Training team members on merchandise protection and audit execution
- Executing shortage action plans to minimize shortage in focus areas
- Modelling safe working practices and maintaining a clean store environment
- Providing excellent service and shopping experience for guests
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
