As an Engineering Program Manager II, you will coordinate multiple projects within a large-scale program involving one or more functions driving the engineering development and implementation process for products or service offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing portions of support requirements for assigned projects, including budgets and resource allocation plans
- Coordinating the activities of associated project teams and tracking progress against established plans
- Creating program communications, including status reports and summaries, and updating project and program plans
- Leading resources across multiple projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in managing technology-driven programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with mastery in English and local language
- Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, and understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process

The expected salary/wage range for this position is $74,000 - $170,300 per year in Texas.
