As a Senior Software Engineer in the Networking Infrastructure team, you will focus on building new backend connectivity services that power millions of VMs running on Databricks.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop new services for connectivity between control plane and compute plane
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient networking systems
- Lead the development of services that enable Databricks to increase scalability of its compute plane while efficiently using cloud resources
Requirements:
- 8+ years of production-level experience in languages like Python, Java, Scala, C++
- 4+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch
- Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures
