Description
We are seeking a Design & Research Operations Graduate to join our team in London. As part of our Design & Research Operations team, you will partner with multidisciplinary product teams to shape initiatives that improve design talent, delivery, and culture.
Your mission will be to:
- Provide operational support to help execute Design leadership visions and keep day-to-day community operations running smoothly
- Support end-to-end program delivery across the design community
- Identify opportunities for capability building and introduce new practices or training to boost the design community's efficiency
To qualify, you must be graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a degree in Design/Design Management, Project/Program Management, Creative Production, Operations, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. You must also be able to start a full-time graduate job in September 2027 and be eligible to work in London.
In return, you will receive:
