Description
Spreetail is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to become the go-to expert for employee benefits and equity compensation in a high-growth environment. You’ll lead the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, including UARs and RSUs, while partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and analyzing US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs with accuracy and a focus on compliance.
- Reconciling monthly benefits invoices and investigating discrepancies to find and fix their root causes.
- Partnering with Payroll to ensure correct benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments.
- Building reporting and dashboards that track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity.
- Driving data-informed process improvements while supporting audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
- Direct experience supporting equity compensation programs such as UARs, RSUs, and other equity plans.
- Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance and administration, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, plus hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex data and deadlines while handling confidential information with integrity.
The salary for this position is USD 6.25-7.5 per hour.
