Description
We're seeking a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our organisation. As a Target team member, you will be part of a fun and energetic environment where you will help our guests and work efficiently as a team.
The role involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will be expected to provide excellent guest service, work independently and as part of a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome and assist guests and team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

The starting hourly rate for this role is $16.00 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
