The Financial Analyst will manage global financial analysis and reconciliation for the Corporate Real Estate & Facilities portfolio, including monthly actuals-to-forecast reconciliation, CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and budget tracking, accruals, lease payment processing, sublease invoicing, and policy and procedure maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform monthly financial analysis across the real estate portfolio, identifying variances against budget and prior periods
- Build and maintain rolling CAPEX and OPEX forecasts across the global portfolio
- Maintain annual CAPEX and OPEX project budget trackers and roadmaps
- Partner with departments to prepare and process monthly accruals for real estate and facilities expenses
- Process and track monthly lease payments across the portfolio
- Oversee depreciation of site assets and ensure real estate obligations are met accurately and on time
- Deliver monthly financial summaries and variance commentary to leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Visual Lease, Ariba, Claude, ChatGPT, and SAP are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
